Redding makes one of the best seater die I have found.

I bought a set of Lee dies in 243win last year and they couldn't produce less than .005 runout. It seems that the sizer die was partly responsible as some of the concentricity problems were occuring b4 seating. I bought a set of Forester Ultrabenchrest seater, and neck bushing "bump" sizing dies and fixed all the problems. Also I find that putting an O-ring under the lock nut of the sizing and seating dies helps to take some of the concentricity problems away as it allows the die to slightly flex into a true position with the press ram. I also use an O-ring to hold the shell holder on the ram, as this allows the shell to center itself in the die w/o any resistance.
