Is Quebec IPSC holding a provincial championship this year? I can't find any information on it.

I can confirm that EOHC will not be hosting the Quebec Provincials this year. I will not go into details but suffice to say, the Executive of EOHC has agreed to sit down with IPSC Quebec and discuss their 2011 Provincial Championships.

IPSC Quebec always sets up good courses of fire. where ever they hold the event, we will surely show up for that match...

I was hoping to jog over to EOHC to shoot the Quebec IPSC prov. after doing Nation Service conditions at Connaught. C'est la vie.
