I was wondering if there any ranges in Quebec that go up to or over 1000yard and if not the maximum distance

They go up to 1,000 yards.

I think the second longest is Elite club in Baie-Comeau with 600m.

If you're a member of the PQRA, you get access to Batoche at CFB Valcartier, it goes up to 600M

Other than that, there's always Connaught in Ottawa... good for a 1,000 yards.
