Got back from Quebec yesterday, trip of a lifetime! Stayed at Mirage and everything was excellent. Saw 5,000-10,000 animals per day. Lots of bulls had shed but good ones for patient hunters. Everyone at camp tagged out. When we left the caribou were crossing the main road from 380km down to 200km. Found lots of great little spots to get away from roads and all the hunters. Some pics to share

Looks like a good time. Did you book through an outfitter? Is it cheaper to go when they're shedding, or the same $$?

Gets cheaper as the season goes on but still lots of nice racks around the opener, a fraction the cost of a fly in trip. When we got there was around 0 and then fell to -8, not bad at all, got some respect for the guys that head up in Febuary though.
