Questar service

First time order from this Company, 2 mags for a sig 220, super great service................and super fast shipping, which is very important. I am very impressed with the service, I will for sure deal with them in the future.
 
OK service. If you question the way things are you get a policy statement or get ignored. Yes, ignored emails for repeat customers. Whatever. Not enough to piss me off, but not enough to give a pat on the back for 'excellent' service. Fast shipping is not necessarily good customer service.
 
I had a problem making payment to Questar, it was all on my end not their fault at all.

They could have been nasty about the declined payment, they weren't. I got an e-mail prompt to make alternate payment, I called explained the situation, and made an EMT payment immediately.

I dealt with Derek and Scott who were both very understanding and professional.

Ordered from Questar 5 times and they get my highest marks, if only I had more to spend...
 
I have had 2 transactions with Questar and both were 'smooth as silk'. Electronic order, credit card payment, email confirmation, quickly shipped. What else can you ask for. Two thumbs up from me.
 
Questar customer service and shipping is simply the BEST! These guys are truly exceptional, they reply to your emails in minutes not days. Highly Recommended!

I recently ordered 2 magazines from the Questar website and had a prompt email response confirming shipping the next day and received the magazines one day ahead of Canada Post's delivery schedule. I only got the 5% discount because I didn't want to wait, but will definitely order from Questar again and will try to take advantage of the holiday sales event again when it goes up to 15%.
 
Never any problems with Questar. Always quick and professional service. Always answered my emails and I'm a repeat customer. Even got my friend to buy something, great service all around.
 
I just bought a bunch of Sig magazine's and they got shipped quick. A bonus was I was braindead when I ordered and didn't do the 5% holiday deal. They automatically put it on the order and it was cheaper than I thought. I wouldn't have an problem ordering from them again or referring them to others.
 
I have ordered a few things from quester and they have all showed up perfectly mind you my glock 30 took 11 months but that's not their fault. With these stupid import laws not much you can do about it. Very happy with the service I received always willing to help and very informative. I'm sure there will be many more orders to come in the future. Thanks again quester!!

Ha ha, same as me, except I ordered Glock mags, and received 10% after brain farting the discount. Crazy fast shipping.
 
I have made 2 different orders with them. The orders arrived in a quickly and exactly as described. I will continue to do business with them. They are a credit to Canadian firearms industry
 
These guys are great, they always reply to emails and answer the phone. Not like some other sponsors here on CGN who don't give as rats a$$ about their customers.
 
Recently made a LMT purchase with Questar - communicated with two different employees, and had nothing but fast, friendly service - clearly they haven't lost their concern for customer satisfaction. Great job, guys, and Merry Christmas!
 
Well my first order with Questar that has me worried.

I ordered two PWS enhanced buffer tubes, two Spikes T2 buffers and 2 Spike enhanced LPK. All arrived except the LPK kits. They are on my invoice but no charge. So I figured they haven't arrived yet. I ordered one in black and one in FDE. Now here's the concern:

They had two of these in FDE listed during their holiday sale. I'm really hoping they didn't screw up and list my kits. I ordered them a number of months ago and now with the US stuff Ill be screwed if those were mine. Plus whoever bought them saved 5,10 or 15% over my order.

Anyways they are extremely busy with the sale and prepping to go to shot show. Emails aren't responded to and calling in gets a voice mail stating how busy they are.

I have hope it will be good. They haven't let me down so far. But if they did screw up I have 5K worth of parts for two guns sitting in boxes right now. I have everything except those two LPK kits. The other parts were purchased expecting those two LPK kits.

I'll post an update when I hear back from them. Expecting this to work out but a bit nervous at the ramifications of a mistake with the current lack of products and inflated price gouging going on.
 
Epoxy...I have an issue similiar to this I addressed via email. It's possible you didn't receive it and if not, I'm sorry. Email me personally at derek@questar.ca and I will get it straightened out for you asap.

Ill give you a shout. Also Ill check my email filter to make sure hotmail didn't filter it in me. Unfortunately I don't seem able to check the junk mail in hotmail with my iPhone.

I checked my email junk folder. No stuff from Questar or Derek. I've resent my email to Derek along with a copy of the invoice showing the full order.

Update:

Worries are gone. Contacted Derek my email. They have a FDE one set aside for me and just waiting for the black set.

Thanks Derek. Sorry for the concern I was just worried about getting caught out with the US craziness.

I don't know where else to post this so it's going in here. I ordered from Questar for the first time recently. I could not be more impressed from start to finish the most painless experience i have ever had. they definitely earned a repeat customer out of me.
