This is the third thread on this in 3 months I think. Most of us think they're done even if their website says otherwise. If it says it's in stock, call first or you may never get your order.

Call them, they will send you a form to complete, sign and send in. Pretty easy when I had my credit card compromised.

I would NEVER buy anything from them anyway... Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Won't support a company that requires your PAL for purchases that aren't a firearm or ammo.
