Question 2: IVI pistol brass

First, thanks to everyone who responded to my earlier post.

Second, while cleaning the tumbling media out of my once fired 9mm pistol brass, I noticed a large amount of them are IVI. They are headstamped "IVI" and "85" and a round stamp I cannot make out. The primer has previously been removed on these cases, so it is just the brass case I have.
Can I reload these just like the other 9mm brass cases I have? They look exactly the same as the other brass casings I have, and measurements of the brass are the same (height, diameter etc).
I had heard that there was an issue with the primer pocket on IVI pistol brass??

the round "circle" is a crosshair and is the NATO symbol
the primer pockets may be "crimped" and need de-burring for ease of primer insertion
