I see the experts haven't replied yet, so I thought id chime in 
I heard a rumor that Prvi brass is made on old Lapua machines. But I have no experience reloading them myself. Hopefully someone with experience will weigh in on the matter.

I really don't see any problems with reloading PRVI brass. A quick search on the internet shows that many people do. The only complaint that I have read is that the flash hole sometimes is not machined very smoothly so you might have to de-burr it to make it easier to fit the primers in.
