So,
I sold a Leupold optic to an individual on E&E. When he received it, he described a fault on the optic. Turns out it was parallax from not understanding having his eye to close. He then said it was broken and demanded a refund. One of the issues that arose was that it was in excellent condition and had been recently zeroed by a very competent gunsmith. Now this person is claiming it was a faulty product, especially when it's not. I've already refunded the money.
Was there anything else I've should've done
