question about AR180B

stupid question - are ar180b's flat top (is the top identical to a regular AR-15?)

can you mount scopes on them?

I am sure I know the answers to both these, but seeing as I am considering one, thought I should be sure

while Im at it - the quad rails - can you replace them with picatinny rails that go on AR-15's? (are the interchangable)?
is the forward rail 20"?
 
The top mount is proprietary to the AR-18 design, but you can put a picatinny rail that slides on it, midwest industries and stormwerkz make them.

The rifle doesn't come with quad rail handguard, you can put one made by midwest industries, wolverine supplies might help you, they can install it for you if I remember.
 
A pictany rail can be mounted by a competent gunsmith. You can then mount whatever! Quad rails with partial covers are a great idea! A Versapod is usefull if, you want to hunt gophers! Make sure that you have the registration so that you don't get picked up for using a prohib 10 round pistol mag in a restriced (NO) firearm! BTW, all of this makes for a nose heavy firearm.

I found the standard slide on scope mounts for this rifle to be weak.I removed the wedege off the top of the reciever and welded on a piece of picatinny rail for a good rock solid mount.
