Since they mate up with the upper receiver like all other rails do, I am going to assume they have the same height and width of most other gas tube/gas block valleys on all other rails.
As you can see in this picture the height of the gas block isn't even that much of an issue because the gas tube actually sits higher then the gas block as it bends upwards as it goes into the receiver. Above the gas block itself there is still tons of room in the valley. When they remove the picatinny rail sections it does not affect the inner dimensions, they simply mill off the picatinny sections for a smoother feel and look. They don't go deeper into the valley or change the inner dimensions
I don't think you would have an issue with gas blocks fitting, the biggest problem I see with adjustable gas blocks is where the adjustment screw is located. On the side may not line up with the cutouts in the rail, requiring rail removal to adjust the gas. I would prefer the SLR rifleworks style where the adjustment screw faces forward allowing you to adjust from the front with a long tool without removing the rail
Inner diameter is usually only an issue when trying to fit a muzzle device partially insides the rail
Tons of room on the height and easily adjustable from the front, also everything Ive bought from SLR is great quality and fit/finish
