Question about Irunguns

They dinged me for an extra $100 bucks. Kind of left a sour taste in my mouth. They did get my gun imported though with no hassle.
 
I ordered a PSA 9mm AR from them. The transaction itself went smoothly but they originally advertised it with 3 10/33 mags and a 10/17 mag. When I was ordering I specifically asked their sales manager if those were the mags that came with the gun and he said yes. When it arrived it had 1 10/33 and 3 10/17s. I contacted them and asked for an exchange. He told me he made a mistake and it didn't come with what he told me it did but that was the end of it. No offer to exchange, no nothing. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a big deal but the fact that I specifically asked about the mags, was told what I was getting, didn't get them and they made no effort to rectify the situation left me a little sour on them.

I suggest that if you order from them you triple check exactly what you should be getting and maybe even get it in writing. Otherwise you'll be stuck with whatever they send you.

I understand your apprehension. I was hesitant too. I am reluctant to buy online from someone I have never met.
It was a very good experience overall. I purchased a S&W M&P 15 Sport 2 and couldn't be happier.
Great communications, great service and fairly quick. The only delay was in the registration end (restricted) which I can't blame on them.
I say go for it.

never had any issue with them. ordered many guns, especially those can't find in Canada, like my G30S with lonewolf barrel.
