So I went to the range to the range yesterday to zero my scope at 200 yards to put my custom dial I got made and when I put the dial on my scope the 2 on my dial will not line up with the line on the scope. To my knowledge they are supposed to line up.

Did korth **** up on the dial? Is anyone familiar with this

what scope model are you useing??

I thought the leupolds used a set screw on the dial, that was infinitly adjustable as far as getting the markings to line up properly..

or do you mean that 200yds on the dial, doesnt give you proper impact for 200 yard target?

I got a vx3 4.5-14x40. I used my standard dial to zero my bullets at 200 yards. Then undid the 3d set screws and took it off. Then I put my custom dial on and tried to line up the 2 with the set line on the scope but they don't line up

I've had them in the past the didn't line up, the way I look at it is this:

The scope clicks are MOA, when you send your load Korth, they figure out based on the diameter of the dial, where the line should for 200 yard drop, etc. if it works out to be a 1/2 MOA increment then the line will not line-up. There is no way that all of the 100 yard hash marks can fall on the MOA clicks. Did your 100 yard also line up with a click?

These dials are great, but they should be shot at various distances to confirm once you get them back, in the conditions you plan on using them. The impact point at 600 yards varies a lot with temperature/barometric pressure/elevation, etc.
