Question about neck resizing .243 case

wondering if i can use a 6mm full length die to NECK SIZE ONLY .243. When i say neck size only i mean only come down partially on the neck of the case small amount??? think i know the answer but want to know if anyone has done this
 
The 6mm die would reduce the upper case body diameter of the .243 and only size 0.188 of the 243 case neck so the answer is "NO".

A look at your reloading manual for case dimensions would have given your answer like it did for me. (I used a calculator so I didn't have to take my shoes off) ;)
