Question about non-restricted purchases from Quebec

he will ask you your name... PAL #.. birthdate... And the gun is unregistered of quebec... and unregistered for you....because they can't registered your info.. but they need it to confirm it's really outside of quebec

So.. couple of quebeker 'sell' guns to 'friends' outside quebec,,... and the ''friend'' ''send back'' guns to the the quebeker.....
So now guns are unregistered...

It's is legale ?!...I don't know !
 
answer to bank shot, if any canadian living oustide EASTERN CANADA (quebec) buy a non restricted firearm, the guy from Quebec will call CFC with the NEW OWNER PAL and will DE REGISTER the gun before sending it via CP
