Question about Norc CQ-A and ammo

Can you shoot commercial 223 ammo (say white box Winchester) out of the Norc CQ-A or should you only shoot mil spec 5.56 NATO ammo?

Regular .223 ammo will function just fine, I've shot all sorts through mine without any issues.

Either or will work.

In some cases you do not want to fire 556 in a gun made for 223 due to a slight difference in size (very minor). So on a 223 built very tight you may have issues with 556. But in the reverse as the 556 is on the larger dimension, 223 will work every time.

Same here. I've only shot a few boxes of 5.56 in mine. The rest, app 1500, has been .223's. All my reloads are .223 cases with .223 load data.
