Question about Oic 13/12.5 C1A1

Im thinking of selling / deactivating my C1A1 my question is i have this rifle plus a brit upper that is registered as well ..if i sell /deactivate my C1 will i still be in the class with the registered upper ....not sure how the Nova Scotia event will effect the upcoming new laws coming from the lieables im sure they will use this tragedy to their advantage.i dont want to be out of the firearm class i will keep the C1 working if the upper isnt good enuf...thx

Yes you will still be in the 12.5 club. you have to be in order to legally own that upper. If you ever decide to sell the complete rifle please let me know.

I believe Marstar stocks them. Local gun and military shows have parts sometimes too.
