hello everyone,
i've recently completed my PAL + RPAL and the license should be in my hands in a week or so.
I've been kicking around this website for a few months just trying to soak in all the knowledge and the different hints and tips.
since i'm still living at home, i've decided to just buy a pistol for now.
thinking of probably a sig 229R

i'll wait till i finish school before filling up a closet full of guns =D!

as my license has yet to be in my hands, i've started to get myself setup for a pistol. I picked up one of these gunvault safes and i was wondering if it was alright (legal wise) to mount it to this cabinet i have in my room. the cabinet isn't bolted to the wall or anything but it is fairly big.
i've searched through the different posts and i haven't come up with much else.

any other suggestions?

thanks in advance

That'd do nicely, but if you have a shelf in a closet it'd be better. Out of sight, even though it doesn't look like a safe(looks like a speaker from a distance), would be better. That's not a requirement though.
