Question about SIR mossy combo?

I cannot find any infos for this combo on Mossberg's website.

Anybody know if the 28'' barrel is really a FIXED choke and not a removable accuset.

A link to the gun you are talking about would help.


Just looked in my SIR catolog and if the combo you are talking about on the site is the 535 ATS pump combo item 440132 it says that it does have the Accu-set chocke system with F, M, IC

This one:

Mossberg 500 Combo Pump Action synth. Shotgun with 28'' and 18'' barrels for 249$

I ask because i cannot find any 28'' barrels with fixed chokes on Mossberg website. Even the Maverick's 88 line have scewable chokes. I would likke to know if there's a typo in SIR description.

Yes, i saw this info, that's why i ask. I never heard of a 28'' fixed choke in new Mossberg/Maverick line.

I ordered last saturday and still no news from SIR. No mail, no phone call from SIR/CFC.

It's a fixed choke 100%. I was going to buy one for my fiance but in the end I figured I'd just let her use my Remington 870.

I ordered anyway. I hope i will be a good upgrade from my old CIL 402 single :)shot.
