First, where do I order, and how much? Second, what happens if, by some weird thing or other, it becomes illegal to own one, because of some obsecure law some where, what can they do to the existing mags, i mean are they registered to you (i don't think you need a PAL to buy a mag no?)

Questar (see link at top) has them...$39.99 each I believe, cheaper if you buy 5 or more. If for some reason 10 rounders were no longer allowed, you would pin them to 5, much like you would with any other AR mag. Now, lets not talk about banning the 10 rounders...bad juju;):)

Questar, their link is at the top of this page.
$49.95 (or so)
If they make them illegal (which, lets face it, was their intention in the first place when they made the mag capacity rules) then you can dis-assemble them until you pin them to 5 rounds.
It is not a question of them being registered to you, but rather, if they close this loophole, you would be in posession of a prohibited device. No difference than being in posession of a full capacity 20 or 30 round mag now.

1. Questar sells them for $40 (Contributing dealer, link at the top of CGN website).

2. If they become prohibited, just pin them to 5rnds. Worst case scenario is disassemble them. A magazine is only a magazine if it is completely assembled. Or you could lose them in a tragic boating accident

Target Sports has them..check out their banner at the top.
With tax, they're around $50 a pop.
Get 'em while they're hot!

He B-wing, everything gets lost in a tragic boating accident. You'd think to stay off the waters with your track record....

Until the LAR-15 pistol gets labelled as prohibited, there needs to be mags for it. These mags are allowed to be 10rds. It's all OK for now. It could end if some Lieberal snoops around and decides to end our fun if, God forbid, they get back into power and this somehow makes to their list of things to ruin for people....

Lol, well when you're battling sea-zombies you're bound to lose a few firearms. Almost every single gun of mine has a bayonet for a reason Kris, they are pretty effective harpoons when you run out of ammo :D

I remember the bayonets that you have there... Very scary, your collection. Although I swear you'd mount your Jeep with one if you could. Ferocious...

Hey Calum, you are totally correct. Pinned to 5? Sure, why not? :p
