Why not order direct from WGP. If I read it right you dumped out the powder and replaced the bullet in the shell with a live primer still. That can drive a bullet into the barrel if not through the barrel completly.

No, I just used the shell. As for WGP, they informed me that I would have to go through a gunsmith.
I`m one to post a topic and stay on it, so I will be checking in at least 10 times a day lol. I just finished pulling my whole lower action apart and cleaned the rails, sides of the hammer, sear....etc. I just finished removing both "extractor arms" and filing the groove and arms spotlessly smooth and reassembled. The firing pin does protrude at the front .020 inch in the fired position. Not sure whether to cancel my order for a new one. It was hellish expensive anyhow ($25 plus shipping).
The only thing I never removed from the lower action was one piece that is held on with a press type rivet.
The spring deal in behind the main charge block seems fine, a little bit of a crook to it from previous removal.
The troughs that the extractor arms go into are clean (I used a dental pick and made sure there was no crude).
I`ll try it out here shortly and report back with what I come up with.

I just got back in from trying everything. First mag full(6 shells) I tried as fast as I could shoot and had no problems what so ever! That was with Federal shells. I tried Winchester super x`s and I had the same issues as before. Then I went back to the Federals and it is back to the same issues. I`ll have to go out again cause when it failed to fire, I forgot to check if the action was slightly open or not? My first intuition was to pull the charge handle back slight then release it and pull the trigger...this usually fires.
Well I tore it back apart and re cleaned everything. I hammered the end of the firing pin to lengthen it a little bit. I cleaned and scraped where the barrel and action meet. I cleaned the holes where the extractor arms go into the barrel.
I know its not a good thing to "over oil", but I sprayed a Wd-40 product- White lithium grease (not thick like grease....more thin like wd-40) in the housing and re-inserted the charge block and gave it a light spray. I also gave the lower action assembly a light spray.
This gun was way over oiled, but I took it out and ran about 30 shells through it either at a single fire or bursts of fire and had no issues.
I`m thinking it wouldn`t hurt in the near future to purchase a new firing pin and the recoil spring/guide rod.
Everything else is in really nice shape. As for the hammer strike, I held it with my thumb and activated it. It takes quite abit of force to hold it back. I`m sure it isn`t hitting the firing pin lightly.
