I have an SXP black shadow (seen below) and I want to change out the plastic and put wood furniture on it.

Does any know where to buy wood SXP furniture?

Is there a way to modify a commonly available stock to make it fit on the SXP? Lets say a Remington wood stock

If you are wondering why its because I have grown to appreciate wood stocks over plastic

You can try contacting Browning Canada, don't expect good service, it took me almost a year to get my SXP back on warranty for peeling camo finish.
Stock from a Winchester 120/1200/1300 may fit.

You may be better off looking for a trade. If I did it all over again, I would get the Black Shadow. As mentioned, the camo peeled off my Waterfowler, the warranty replacement came with the finish already bubbling where it peeled off the first gun. I first got a Filed model with wood stock, love it, got the Waterfowler to keep the wood on it nice since because duck hunting adventures can get your wood wet. If I had got the Black Shadow first, I wouldn't have needed the Waterfowler.
No, I don't want to trade.

My suggestion would be to look up the part numbers for the wood stocks then contact western gun parts .

Hmm guess this idea is a dead end as Winchester does not list the sxp in its parts list . guessing do to the fact its an out sourced unit for FN . put it on the EE for sale and put that money into a wood version of the gun .
