Question about use of extended choke

HI, i need some info.

I have a over/under shotgun.
Can i use an extended choke tube in one barrel and a regular one in the other?
Does the extension tube made problem when firing the other barrel?

No problem whatsoever! The extended choke will get dirty faster as the gases from the other barrel "splash" it but nothing more serious.
