Does the way you make a gun safe require a dry fire like in IPSC?

I have two 3 screw blackhawks.
They are not made to be dry fired, I understand.

No you open the loading port and rotate the cylinder showing empty to the unloading table Monitor.

No.... SASS shooters have more sense than to dry fire a gun to ensure it`s safe....
