question for the enfield guys

hey hows agoin,

ive got a no4 mk1 long branch. it has a parker hale barrel.

im looking for a full stock kit for it for the obvious reasons.

my question is, will any stock set i find fit? or are there a specific style for enfields with parker hales.

Any No4 set will fit. If it has a Parker Hale barrel I would put on a Brit wood set. Any of the parts Brit marked? ie safety, trigger assembly, rear sight? Ron

the barrel is marked england. the trigger assembly is marked england.

the barrel is 21"

oh and its a 44 if that helps

those are all i can see. i dont have picture putting up abilities at the moment.

If the barrel is less than 25 1/4" long, it has been shortened. Restoration is not practical.
The Parker Hale stamp probably indicates that they sporterized the rifle. The England stamps relate to export.

Great shooter! Taking it to Tennessee next month boar hunting.
