Question for you re-loaders

So here is my situation. I shoot Cowboy Action and have a double holster rig that has lots of empty loops for .38/.357 ammo. I want to fill these loops, but do not want, nor need, to fill them with live ammo as they are for decoration only (I use a separate belt for spare live ammo). So I am thinking the answer to my question is to take some of the huge pile of .38spl brass I currently have and epoxy some bullets into them and I want to know if this is as easy as it sounds or if there could be some issues with it. In addition, where would the best place to get the bullets. I would only need about 50 and would prefer Lead RNFP as this is what I actually shoot.

Anyone with a set of 38/357 dies could make you 50 dummy rounds. Epoxy MIGHT eventually let go, but a bullet crimped into a sized case will hold until the end of days.

If they're just for show, some nice copper plated RN bullets might look nicer on your belt :)
 
I would just reload them as normal without powder on a press. If you don't have one find someone in your area to help you out maybe someone on here would help you with it cause it wouldn't take long.
 
MWJONES has the right idea. Just a local reloader to make some dud's for you. Without this or reloading/bullet pulling gear you can take a live round and drill a small hole in the side of the case (drill slow with a SHARP bit and just enough to go through metal...drill press recommended). Dump out the powder then put a drop or 2 of oil inside to neutralize the primer.
