So here is my situation. I shoot Cowboy Action and have a double holster rig that has lots of empty loops for .38/.357 ammo. I want to fill these loops, but do not want, nor need, to fill them with live ammo as they are for decoration only (I use a separate belt for spare live ammo). So I am thinking the answer to my question is to take some of the huge pile of .38spl brass I currently have and epoxy some bullets into them and I want to know if this is as easy as it sounds or if there could be some issues with it. In addition, where would the best place to get the bullets. I would only need about 50 and would prefer Lead RNFP as this is what I actually shoot.
