To be more specific, I have 150 44-40 primed cases that I aquired some where years ago and they are very grungy on the outside. It looks and feels like someone lubed and sized and primed them without de-lubing or cleaning. They are already primed and rather than run them through and decap them, I just loaded them up ('cause I'm cheap and would hate to waste 150 primers). I got to thinking why couldn't I just run them in my Lyman Turbo vibrating media cleaner, no sharp corners and relatively gentle. My only question really is....will this action break down the powder (unique) and possibly change the burn rate.
Anyone done this, and with what conclusions?
Anyone done this, and with what conclusions?

There has been numerous discussions on this and the conclusions reached state that there is no significant change to the powder structure or performance. If there were changes resulting from tumbling, I doubt the major ammo manufacturers would use this as a practice as they also tumble prior to packaging.
