I'm in the market for another stock kit I have access to both Mil-Spec or Commerical including stock & tube, which should I get. Does one offer more then the other? Mil-Spec seem to be about $10 more overall.

Both will do the job equally well. And because of the massive market in the States for civilian AR15s, there are probably just as many butt stocks available in mil-spec as there are commercial size. In fact, some companies (magpul for one) offer the same butts in a mil-spec OR commercial configuration. Personally, I would buy mil-spec. In my experience the butts are usually snugger to the buffer tube, and I don't like a sloppy fit.

Cheers.

Also you might want to take a look at the post labeled: "How do you install a Magpul CTR onto a Bushmaster XM15-E2S" located in the Black & Green Rifles section.
The guys outline things extremely well.

Guys I think you miss reading my post or I should have put more info down.

I bought a Magpul MOE commercial stock for one of my builds last week, Now I'm looking for a second stock and just wondering if there is really a difference or benefit to buying one over the other. I'm finding that commercial seem to have more adjustment. is there any thing else? Mil-spec tubes cost more & is harder to get. I have found a supply of mil-spec tubes but is it worth buying one for the extra $10 or $15 more over the commercial tubes.

Like I said, I prefer mil-spec. I have found that usually Commercial buffer tubes have more "slop" in the fit of the butt to the buffer tube. They are usually pretty easy to find as well.

Cheers.

Are the Buffer & Buffer Spring different inside the Commercial Buffer Tube vs. Milspec?

No I don't think so they should both swap fine.

Just bought both a commercial & 2 milspec tubes as well as both Magpul Moe stocks, like always I end up spending extra cash to find out which will have a better fit.
I also bought an extra milspec tube just because there seems to be a shortage here. I'll keep the better fitting set up.
I'm doing a AR in Foliage Green & another in OD Green.
