I was wondering if a discontinued Model 150 Hammerli single shot "Free Pistol"
can be easily converted from RH to LH and vice versa?

I am aware the extra grips are not cheap, and it looks to my eyes that, the safety lever would have to be swapped out for the other side too. So that being said, are these items available from the OEM? Or anyone?

But I don't know enough about these pistols, to say one way or the other.
Any advice from those who really know, would be appreciated.

Cheers!

It's not a safety lever, it's to set the trigger. You can certainly find left hand grips. But I don't know about moving the trigger set lever to the other side. At worst, you'll have to reach over with your right hand and depress the lever before you raise and fire.

The left hand grips are usually cut to clear the breech operating lever and the trigger set lever. I've never seen a Hammerli or a TOZ with the controls moved to the other side, but a good mechanic could build the necessary pieces to do so.

Before purchasing a Hammerli 150, I would try make sure you can source yourself a Left hand grip. Rink lists a grip for the 150, but I've heard they are not actively making the. I would email them first. There is a grip maker in Alberta who might be willing too. PM me and I'll put you in touch if you go gown that road.

Left hand grips for Toz's can be found much easier.

I owned a Hammerli 150 for about 8 months, fantastic pistol, but the rake angle was to extreme for me.

Spare parts are quite expensive - Larry's Guns in the USA is a good place to get some quote on firing pins and springs.
