Hey guys, figured I would ask this here as I am coming up with little information on the net. In this picture below, what kind of sling is he using? It seems to have suspender type straps, and it seems like a nice, non-bulky way to carry. Would be great on my quad since I have a folding Manners stock on my rifle currently, and like I said, less bulky than my Eberlestock pack.

If anyone knows what the make/model is, or even better has any experience please let me know!

Look into the TAB gear biathlon sling . It's not the exact same one as in the picture. But it's the same style . I use one to lug my 16lbs rifle around all day while I'm hunting . Very comfy IMO

It's not too hard to make your own. One of the slings I've put together is like that, but a lot more low budget and uncomfortable.

Essentially, the way I did it was to have one continuous loop running through each sling swivel. That allows you to double it up as a regular two point adjustable, or to wear it with one strap over each shoulder like in the picture, or to have one end of the loop around your back and the excess going along the rifle from one swivel to the other like a three point sling which allows for a very low and loose carry. The way I had mine set up allowed me to have it on my back like that, then hit one of the quick releases which gave me plenty of room on the other side to swing the rifle around and get it into position.

I'll see if I can dig it out, hopefully I didn't tear it apart to work on my AR sling. I have a tendency of doing that.
