Question on dealing with removing donuts that form in the case neck ????

This is something I have run into on one of my custom F/CLASS rifles. 223 Rem. I use Lapua brass, the lots of brass have been reloaded four times, the necks were turned when new right to the shoulder. I neck size only but will bump the shoulders back when needed. The loads are up near max. but not too hot, the primer pockets are still tight. I would just like to see what other precision shooters are doing to remove this donut that forms at the base of the neck.

I use a
k&m carbide inside neck cutter to remove donuts of i have them however i neck size to just above the shoulder so the donut doesn't come into the equation.

If you are not seating bullets below the donut do not worry about it. I have never dissected my neck turned brass to see if I get any donuts.
