question on different powders and affect on trajectory

So here is the situation..

I have 2 loads for the same gun (150 grain reduced load and 200 grain full load. they are both trajectory and within 1.5 inches at 400 yards ) , that I can get from the manufacturer.. I can get pretty much all the same components but the power..

Assuming I can get the same muzzle FPS as the manufacturer (and same bullets and weights), would the trajectories ( drop at 300 yards) be the same?

does different powder that gives the same FPS at the barrel (same bullet) give different trajectories?

The trajectory is basically a factor of muzzle velocity and ballistic co-efficient. The powder has nothing to do with the trajectory.

That's what if figured. Just wanted to check to make sure there was not some minor obscure factor that would change it...
