Question on the 45-70 Cartridge

I've been looking to purchase a 45-70 Springfield or a Sharps Cavalry carbine and I intend on reloading for it as I already do a host of other calibers. But, I have come across a cartridge I am not familiar with. It's a 45-70 WCF. I know what a 45-70 GOV. is but this other one has me stumped and I haven't found any good description of what it's all about.

Can someone enlighten me please.

Same cartridge, at one point in Hist. Sharps called theirs the 45/70 Sharps, they also called it the .45-2 1/10.

Ben's right. 45/70 Winchester Center Fire is the 45/70 Gov't.
