Hello. Question for the CGN community please. I recently acquired a Cooey 64B and I am having an issue with the tightening of the barrel down to the wood stock. I'm hoping the thread is not stripped on the receiver. Hopefully it is the bolt thread that goes through the barrel clamp that is worn down. Can someone tell me based on the caliper measurement (sorry somewhat crude measurement based on how tight I tightened it) and the measurement of the receiver opening, how does that compare to your 64B? There was a lot of gunk on the bolt thread when I got it so I cleaned it up to as best I can.

Again, thanks in advance.

From the pics, it seems like it's been over-tightened and the male threads have lost most of the bearing surface. The receiver's threads are on the verge of failure if you continue with the current piece.
The receiver's threads can be chased to clean, but replace the receiver/stock bolt.
PM me, I should have one.
