question regarding initial cleaning if JW25a

I recieved my JW25A a few days so and it's coated in that chinese oil "stuff"

Question is can I clean it off the same way I did with my milsurp Mosins and sks?

Ie bath in mineral spirits , scrub , hose w water, air compressor, oil spray ,

Stock degreaser , hose , degreaser , hose , till done

Will this cause rust in my new gun? Or is it as durable as my old milsurps?

Went with the above method and worked quite well

Yep. I think stocks should have the excess oil sweated out too. I wrap the stock in a towel and stick it in a 150-200 degree oven with half sticking out the cracked oven door. Every half hour give it a wipe and flip it around. Other methods are leaving it in a hot vehicle, sunlight, and so forth.
