Question regarding WW2 ammo

Hey guys, remember me? I'm the fellow that said in the very first answer to the post that it likely was 30-06.
My second post, also before any pictures showed up, said it almost for sure was 30-06.
The pictures just proved it, showed details about its manufacture and showed that every fifth one was a tracer, for aerial gunnery.

Never doubted ya for a second! :D

Honestly I would just keep it, especially considering it's not worth much more than regular ammo. Personally I would pay more because it's a novelty for me rather than just ammo, but for the average user they aren't going to care.

Pretty cool stuff, thanks for the pics.

personally I would look for a WWII Firearms buff to sell it to. To anyone else it's just ammo but for a WWII Firearms buff it's something to display.

no one has given you a $$$$ figure yet

lets say .50c a shot for the AP
and maybe $1.00 for the trace...

$140 for the whole deal would be fair......take it to the next gunshow in your area and show it to anyone with army junk on their table
