I'm not a glock model expert, but i believe the 27 is a .40 cal correct? If so the answer is "not likely". The breech face (and hence the position of the extractor) is different for the 9 then the 40. It has been known to work, but not always very reliably, and sometimes not at all. .40 and .357sig are a direct barrel swap, can even use the same mags.
