Hey guys,
Thinking about sending my shotgun in to have it prettied up, and I'm considering the molecular coating options.
When you disassemble the bolt, does the firing pin get coated as well as the bolt, does the coating reach the firing pin hole? Don't know how the coatings are applied or where they reach.
Similarly, on the action bars, is it just the bars that get coated, or the inside of the tube as well?
Is there any advantage to either of the coatings offered? Besides TiN looking like gold?
I'd love to see some pictures of the coated parts before they've been assembled.
If I add a barrel threading to my cart on the same invoice, I assume it can be done before the cerakote.
