Questions about the PU scope reticle

I am not sure if i should post this here or in the milsurp forum. But I think you folks crawling through here will be in the know.

I got a PU scope here from Kalinka optics. I cant say for certain that its exactly the same, but it looks just like a german #1 reticle.

I was wondering if anyone knows the size of the post, horizontal bars, or the gaps between them in MOA. I figure there must be a purpose in the design of this reticle.

All in all its a nice little piece of glass. Very clear picture. I would just like to know more about using this scope and google has been unhelpful.

The space between the two horizontal posts will fit a 70cm wide target at 100m.That's all they tell you in their manuals at Kalinka.
