I have one of these coming and plan on tricking it out if possible and funds (and wife:redface:) permits. There has been alot of talk on it being a knock off of an 870.......some say different. My question is has anyone verified if accessories, made for the 870 or others like stocks, etc will fit on the Hatsan gun pump guns?

Thanks in advance!

I had this shotgun.it never gave me any trouble but i heard that it has a weak firing pin.which breaks after few shots.

I've heard the firing pins can be a weak point as well but this gun I have coming has had more than a "few" shots through it so it must be one of the good ones:). Still interested in the original question whether or not the 870 or other product supplies will fit the Hatsan.

I have the hatsan as well but not willing to purchse 870 accessories just to try to see if it fits. Maybe in the future i will get an 870 then try to see if parts swap. I personaly think it's closer to Fabarms shotguns. IMO :shotgun:

How do you like the shroud/sight combo on your marine guard? Is it sturdy enough to be consistent?

With the proper choke or cylinder bore (which mine has) wouldn't be a problem. I've fired both 2 3/4 and 3" rifled slugs out of mine and it works flawlessly. I have also shot about 1 1/2 boxes of target rounds through it.....both fast and rough and never had a cycling issue. So far, I have been impressed with my Marine Guard. Stripped it down to check things out.........never found anything that would make me :puke:
