who tried the M14 EBR Trigger Shoes of H2Oman
is it really adds value ??
is this reliable ?? I mean what is it like firmly in place ??

I am also whether the GAS PLUG adjustable M14 schuster
is good or if you recommend another manufacturer

http://www.schustermfg.com/

is that it improves the rifle for accuracy ??

thank you

haven't tried a trigger shoe, was hoping a canadian dealer would start legally importing them for us. not sure I want to take the chance getting one sent up here.
I would try one in a second if I could aquire one thru 100% legally imported means.
same goes for the Schuster gas plug..... not sure if there is a legal means of acquiring one in Canada....
if I understand it's use, it would allow fine tuning of the gas pressure by increasing or decreasing the volume of gas and the timing of the pistons push. I could see it having an effect on accuracy and useable bullet weights.

are you saying that these two items are export prohibited ??
I had the feeling that this was not the case

for, Trigger Shoes, I find it pretty, and probably better than the original TRIGGER, but a bit expensive
Iwould have liked get feedback before purchasing

surely that will come H2Oman see post, but it may not be very objective because he is selling the product :)

for gas plug, it makes me feel very
more to the possibility of fine tuning, as for heavy bullet

here is a photo shop, which I had with You
canon lrb 18.5 'and Receiver

I'm not sure if any Canadian dealers carry either product
I've tried to order a Schuster but the company wasn't export licenced at the time so the product could not be sent over the border.... legally
as for trigger shoe, again, I dunno the status of the product and if it is export licenced. H20man could tell ya , maybe send him a p.m. ;)

and glad to see you are enjoying that rifle, she was fun to build :D

There are quite a few Canadian users...

All that is required to mail an M14 EBR trigger shoe north of the border is filling out a
simple form provided by the post office, and paying them a few extra dollars in postage - that's it

I have the trigger shoe on my M14. It works as advertised and I like it. A bit pricey, yes, but I've spent a lot more and gotten a lot less on other things, so I can't complain.

As for the Schuster plug, I'll PM you.

M-14 parts are restricted for export. M1A parts are not.
Trigger shoes were common 30 some years ago. They're sort of a very poor man's trigger job. They make the trigger feel wider and do reduce the felt trigger pull a bit.
Had one on my 1903A4. Not the one H2Oman has. Forget who made it. Same one fit my M1 Rifle. It might fit an M-14 style rifle. I'd have to find it to try it.

in fact it is a M1a or M305 and not a M14
I said M14 because it is the common language
but I agree that in order for an American, it is better to get it right :)
I already read the horrors about it, just writing becaufe 'M14'
