Questions regarding blackpowder weapons

First off, it isn't a weapon unless you plan to hurt someone with it.

I don't mean to be impolite, but most of what you're asking has been answered here - the search function should show you most of it.

What type of license do I need for blackpowder weapons?
Am I allow to own things like this?

If I am allow to own it how much will it cost.
Most importantly is it things I should watch out for if I am owning that type of cannon.

Your questions sound like you are a young person .Nothing wrong with having an interest in BP guns and cannons , but they are not toys. I don't see where you are , but best bet is to find a gun club with some black powder shooters and let them know your interested. Most clubs could put you in touch with a rendevous or re-enacting group.
Cannons are by their nature a controlled pipe bomb , and many have underestimated the power of black powder , much to their sorrow.
Find someone to guide you.:)

Is there any good store in Vancouver, BC that you guys will recommend
for me to get bp cannon.
Plus where can I buy blackpowder? I heard you need to obtain a license for loose black powder (explosive act) if so how can I obtain it? I want to build one myself if it is possible

Lever Arms in Vancouver had a BP cannon when I stopped in a few weeks ago. Give them a call. As already stated, contact the various ranges in the area and hook up with the members that shoot black powder. I know at least one guy at Mission R & G (sorry, no name) that has a cannon, try there first.

In addition, if you Google.ca "black powder cannon" (pages from Canada) you will come up with about 5601 sites.
