I have a 590A1, this model:

Had it for less then a year and everything was great, until recently the safety stopped working altogether (would fire with the safety engaged).
Contacted Mossberg US who were great to deal with and directed me to their Canadian warranty centre, which turns out to be Grech. Needless to say after reading plenty of bad experiences about Grech I wasn't expecting it to be a good process. Well I was wrong.
They sent Canpar directly to my house (after a little negotiation) to pick up the shotty on Feb 23rd, had it for a week and according to the notes I got via email they replaced the trigger and safety. Now they have sent it back to me, scheduled to be dropped off by Canpar on March 7th.
Outside of the original safety issue, I'm fairly happy on how the process worked.
