Quick detach scope mount that I can use with my Savage and su-22 BTVS

I own a Savage BTVS and an SU-22. I'm wanting to switch my scope from gun to gun.
The su-22 has a picatinny rail but my savage as the standard scope rings mount and is bolt action.
Just wondering if there is a quick attach scope mount I could use for both guns? I'm looking for a system/rings that don't let the scope move when it's unattached.

LaRue Mounts are the best on the market IMHO and will do the very thing you asking but there very hard to come by in Canada as they don't file export papers. I saw one on the EE just a few mins ago if your interested.
