My M4 and Vortex Sparc unfortunetly took a nasty little tumble to the concrete floor at the range. The Sparc was fine not a scratch on it. However the optic doubler for the Sparc unfortunetly broke. Anyways I sent Vortex Canada a email asking where I can send the doubler to have it repaired or where I can purchase a new one as they dont sell the doublers in stores. I recieved a email 2 days after I sent them one. They indicated that even though their warrenty dosnt cover optics doublers that have been dropped they would be more then happy to send me a brand new doubler. :dancingbanana:

I own two Vortex scopes now. With service like this that number will be ony increasing.

Why should WSS give you a new scope when you broke yours or it broke while using it?
Even Leupold tells you to send your warranty claims to Korth Industries
for repairs.(thats of course if you live in Canada as most of on here do)
Sounds like Very Good Customer Service from Vortex.

Glad to hear that you can drop your red dot on the ground and didn't break it and also that you now realize that the best warranty in the business is just a phone call away. In the start of this company in Canada everyone doubted this company. Wether it was the build quality or there warranty. But the more these types of stories are reveled the more and more people will notice that this company is the cat's @$$.

And sadly they might start raising prices :p

Just the kind of stories I like to hear. I just bought a Crossfire to put on my varmit rifle and one of the deciding factors was the warranty but also how liberal they are with fixing/replacment. I have heard too many warranty probs where the company won't/doesn't/ can't be bothered to fix something that should be warrantied. Glad to hear a company stands by their product. Will be adding another Vortex scope soon......
