Quick pics of the Lithgow F90

Ditto. Always wanted an AUG... close enough!

Gotta say that looks like a lot of AUG in it's DNA. Could be an issue when the horse cops at the lab go over it for classification.

How would it measure up to the expectation of the Canadian's obsession towards match-trigger and "MOA"?
Also our community is pretty obsessed about AR mag release and STANAG mags.

Ok so the Mossberg Blaze .22 blowback is an AK variant based on the furniture.
But this is somehow not related to the Prohibited Aug?

Why do so many bullpups have that goofy sabre guard? It's superficially annoying to me, I've always wondered about that.

I will be utterly amazed if this AUG derivative obtains NR status based on some rather superficial changes to the Prohib version. Best of luck to the importer, but I remain skeptical at this point.

I never thought anything would pull me from my Tar21, but if this thing can be as reliable as the Tavor, and get an NR classification, I just may be compelled to jump on board. I love the look of this rifle.

What kind of mags will it take? STANAG?

AUG magazines, the also made a deal with Magpul to make compatible magazines.

Definitely NOT STANAG

"Because of that, I assumed the gun utilized STANAG magazines, but given the legendary reliability of the original AUG waffle-pattern amber mags, Lithgow decided on a different solution. The company kept the original mags, but contracted Magpul Dynamics to produce affordable polymer magazines for the system. Now shooters weighing the pros and cons of owning the rifle don’t have to worry about magazines—these new Magpul AUG mags are priced the same as their standard Magpul AR-15 mags."

I'd take one over a Tavor just for the fact that it doen't look so plasticy and bulky. I'd bet on the average level of accuracy being better too.
