I've decided on 1 of these 2:
Nikon M223 1-4 1 inch 600BDC Ret
or
Bushnell AR223 1-4 30mm FFP
My concerns/thoughts are:
Nikon vs. Bushnell
Made in Japan vs. Made in Thailand I think?
1 inch tube vs. 30mm tube
14 oz vs. 18 oz.
Very Good Clarity vs. I dont know, haven't seen.
Overall smaller size vs. much larger dimensions.
2nd Focal Plane vs. First Focal Plane (Don't know if this matters at 1-4 mag??)
1/2 clicks vs. 1/4 clicks I believe.
Overall tighter AR package vs. Larger but fancier options.
It's going on a Colt 6920 Magpul in Black. I'm looking at an ARMS mount as I have the same one for my precision rifle and it's very well built for the price.
Needs some answers ASAP. Hopefully someone out there's looked at both?
