Quick question- longbranch proof mark?

I just picked up a couple of longbranch #4's, and noticed in a few places, there is a stamp with an L and a B over top of one another...looks like a B with a stick on the bottom. I'm assuming its a longbranch proof mark. Am i right?

It's an "L" over which there's a "B"; stands for LongBranch.

I feel happy every time I see an LB mark, and a C Broad Arrow...right over the top!
