quick question on geese opening

Just want to make sure I am right as someone has told me different, if I am wrong that works too, just want to be legal. I'll be hunting in 89A (Southern District) and if I am not mistaken you can hunt with guns on Sunday. When does the season start?

Looks like Sept. 6th for Canada's & Cacklers.

From the regs:
"Note that south of the French and Mattawa rivers, Sunday gun hunting is permitted by provincial regulations in some municipalities, but not all. Season dates for Canada Geese and Cackling Geese in the Southern District may differ between municipalities where Sunday gun hunting is permitted and those where it is not. Hunters should consult the provincial regulations for information about Wildlife Management Unit boundaries and a list of municipalities where Sunday gun hunting is permitted."

k i thought so, just making sure, who would I call just to confirm MNR? I don't want to be taking out geese and look over and see the conservation officer giving me the tisk tisk, I can only smile so big.
