All I could find on the Remington LE site was the 700P series in .300 RUM.

Many of the custom riflesmiths will make to your specs, but I think the only off the shelf type production one I'm aware of is the FN series. FNH USA, the US-based subsidiary to famous Belgian arms maker FN Herstal makes a series dubed "Special Police Rifle". Models vary in barrel length and type of McMillan stock. I have tried two and was impressed for the money. They are kinda like the Remington LTR, just a damn nice package for the cash. They are relatively inexpensive for an off the shelf tactical rifle. Made on a Winchester Controlled Round Feed action, then finished by FN.
Last time I checked they did manufacture one in 300 WSM.

Was chating with member on site about the 7mm wsm and he has a tac driving one in a Browning A bolt Eclipse 26" stainless,some nice gun.
